Designed for working professionals, the entirely-online master’s program equips clinicians and care managers to provide diabetes disease management in the areas of pathophysiology, patient and client assessment, prevention and intervention, program development, program management and evaluation, and advocacy - all through interdisciplinary courses in Health Education, Nutrition Education, Nursing Education, and Adult Learning and Leadership programs at the College.
